The HedZen Mindfulness and Meditation Course for Wellbeing utilises teachings and techniques which aim to bring a sense of peace, wellbeing and balance to your life and is accessible and relevant to all.

Over the 6 week course duration you will gain an understanding of the Zen approach to meditation and learn a range of practical meditation techniques to apply to your daily life.

Full free support is provided during the course and upon completion. To get the largest benefits from the course you should aim to attend each session.

This course is suitable for beginners and experienced meditators alike, who wish to explore and learn the Zen approach to mindfulness and meditation.

Cost: £200.00

(This price is inclusive of a charitable donation as well as staffing, venue and refreshment costs)

Duration: 6 weeks, 1 session per week

Session duration: 90minutes, 7:30pm – 9:00pm

Session day: Group 1 – Wednesday / Group 2 – Thursday
